Kindergarten Students Dance to Learn

Alamo students use an innovative technique when it comes to learning. It is called a dance mat and is used in music classes to reinforce arithmetic, letter sounds and word associations skills learned in other classes. The pictures on this page are of Alamo Kindergarten students using the dance mat for the first time.
