My name is Noemi Navarrete. I am living my best life working in the education profession.
This is my 12th year in education. I was a bilingual teacher at Fort Stockton Intermediate for 9 years. I moved to Fort Stockton Middle School and became the ELA-ESL teacher / ESL Campus Coordinator, then the Campus Curriculum Director. I am excited about moving to the Apache Elementary campus this year as the Campus Curriculum Director.
I believe that we all play very important roles in the lives of our students. All students can learn and we must find a way to reach them. I'm a firm believer that students need to taste success in the classroom. Once they do, they will become engaged in their learning and keep wanting to succeed. As campus curriculum director, my goal is to be able to help teachers and students as we strive toward excellence.
