Athletic Training
All INCOMING 7th, 9th, & 11th graders must have physicals. Also, those who have had surgery within the past year.
We will be using the same athletic management software platform, Rank One. Click the link below and view the document below on how to create a parent/student account. Please follow the directions for all UIL required forms. These UIL forms must be completed before seeing the provider at physicals.
All student athletes will also need to fill out forms on the link as well, regardless of needing a physical this year. All forms are to be filled out annually. The physical form is for every 2 years.
