Speech-Language Information

FSISD offers speech and language therapy services to students with a disability in the area of speech-language impairment from the ages of 3 to 21.   Speech-language pathologists in the public schools of Texas work with individuals who have communication disorders in the following areas: articulation, language, fluency (stuttering), and voice. Speech-language pathologists, or speech therapists, assess speech and language development and treat speech and language disorders.
