Last night the Panthers competed against Andrews in a 7-4 ball game that came down to the last inning. Andrews scored 2 runs in the 3rd inning and The Panthers would answer back in the 4th inning with 1 run. Andrews would score 2 more runs in the bottom of the 4th inning. With Andrews having a 3 run lead late in the game the Panthers would show that Panther Fight mentality and score 4 runs in the 6th inning, giving the Panthers a one run lead. Gerry Diaz would hit a 2 run home run in the top of the 7th inning to give the Panthers a 3 run lead. Isaiah Velasquez would get the win for the Panthers, he pitched 5 innings and had 4 strikeouts on the night. Rylan Nunez would come in to relieve pitch the last 2 innings, he would get the save with 6 strikeouts on the night. The Panthers will be back in action on Monday, April 1st in Greenwood.
