Yes the sun was bright in the outfield but it was the same for Monahans. We have to stop giving teams extra outs especially when our pitchers execute the pitch and we cannot make the play. The last two games we have had two innings where the opponent has plated major runs but it all starts with us. Our kids are working hard and we will continue to fight and nothing was lost tonight other than a game. There is an old saying that character is revealed when you get punched in the mouth. Monahans punched us in the mouth but we got back up and fought and these girls will continue to do that. We will not give in and we will not surrender. The Prowlers record currently stands at 18-5-1 and 2-2 in district for third place.
